  • Body Sculpt: 1 hour toning class that involves weights, tubes, bars and the ball.
  • Spin: 30 minute class of high intensity cardio on the bike.
  • Guts & Butts: 45 minute class focusing on toning the core area.
  • Step: 1 hour cardio class on the bench with moderate to advanced choreography.
  • Yoga: 1 hour of stretching, toning and strengthening.
  • Boot Camp: Push yourself to the limits with this intense full body challenge.
  • Cardio Fusion : 1 hour cardio class.
  • Zumba: Latin inspired cardio dance fitness.
  • Floor & More: Aerobics combined with floor exercises and stretching.
