- Body Sculpt: 1 hour toning class that involves weights, tubes, bars and the ball.
- Spin: 30 minute class of high intensity cardio on the bike.
- Guts & Butts: 45 minute class focusing on toning the core area.
- Step: 1 hour cardio class on the bench with moderate to advanced choreography.
- Yoga: 1 hour of stretching, toning and strengthening.
- Boot Camp: Push yourself to the limits with this intense full body challenge.
- Cardio Fusion : 1 hour cardio class.
- Zumba: Latin inspired cardio dance fitness.
- Floor & More: Aerobics combined with floor exercises and stretching.
