Beginners are welcome to join any of our KickFit Classes:

Mondays: 9am – 9:45am and 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Tuesdays: N/A
Wednesdays: 5pm – 5:45pm
Thursdays: 5:30pm – 6:15pm and 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Fridays: 9:15am – 10:00am
Saturdays: 10am – 10:45am
