Are you lost when it comes to where to start in the gym? Want to get some ideas on how to get the most out of your workout? We Design Programs for you to follow based on your Fitness Level and desired number of days in the Gym.
We offer a Program based on 5 Days a week split between Muscle Groups. (Can modify to omit 1 day to make it 4 days instead) The Program changes each month, and you get to track your workouts on our app. We offer Video Demonstration of each exercise so you can see how to perform each exercise. There is an average of 8-9 exercises per day and based on experience you would perform 3 or 4 sets of each one.
If you need extra guidance and support you would complete a Weekly Check-in, that allows you to work with your trainer for more accountability.

These 30 Minute sessions are often set up on a monthly basis for 1x, 2x, or 3x per week. These sessions are a great way to get an amazing workout in even if your short on time. They are also very cost effective! Gym membership is not required for one-on-one sessions.
